Ergonomics and work safety

AST-200G 3M features active bumpers at the front and rear of the trolley. Automatic operation is additionally signaled by a warning light (flash) and audible signals. The revised weight distribution has a positive impact on work ergonomics (maneuvering, manual transport), which also translates into increased work efficiency. Spraying efficiency and precision

AST-200G 3M is a semi-automated sprayer designed to improve spraying and the needs of modern gardeners. It offers high performance, durability, and precision when spraying plants.

Mast is made of stainless steel and equipped with two independent spraying beams. One is intended for main spraying (simultaneous spraying on the right and left of row during the return), the other for spraying the ends (including walls) and the beginning of rows. Basic spraying boom is equipped as standard with a pressure gauge and 9 pairs of independently adjustable double housings with cone and triangular flat jet nozzles. Drain valves are installed at the bottom of each beam.

Combustion AR unit

AST-200G 3M semi-automated spraying trolley has a combustion pressure unit based on a HONDA engine and AR’s latest diaphragm pump.
Using three diaphragms instead of 1, or two, guarantees even operation thus delivering constant pressure and spray output during spraying

This advanced system provides precise control over the plant spraying process, allowing full adjustment of spraying parameters. The intuitive interface simplifies programming and operation, enabling even novice users to realize their full potential and achieve exceptional results. The software allows you to save up to 10 individual spray recipes.
