Basic information

Protection on large areas

The series of F20 Wanjet aerosol fogging machines was designed for use on large areas. An additional fan in a special housing, the shape of which was determined in thorough aerodynamic tests, provides high effectiveness of work even on very long distances.

Minimal contact with chemicals

The timer which is a part of standard equipment makes it possible to programme the time of fogging in the period of up to 12 hours. As the result, the contact with chemicals during the operation is reduced to the minimum.

Reliability

When designing Wanjet fogging machines, particular emphasis was placed on the choice of simple and reliable solutions. Consequently, the activities connected with operating and servicing the machine are reduced to the necessary minimum. All the elements exposed to chemicals are made of ethylene plastics and stainless steel. The chassis is galvanically protected. Wanjet F20 and F22 fogging machines are equipped with a base which can be placed on the ground, on a platform, or on an additional trolley. The chassis of Wanjet F21 and F23 facilitates the transport of the machines.

Mixing

Wanjet F20 and F21 fogging machines have a special mixing system which uses compressed air. Wanjet F22 and F23 fogging machines are equipped with an additional engine, mounted on a telescopic arm, which substitutes the air when mixing

Effectiveness and reliability

The construction of the fan housing was determined in thorough aerodynamic tests. Very strong, controlled air stream was achieved thanks to the conic construction of the inlet. All the elements exposed to chemicals are made of ethylene plastics and stainless steel for reliable operation. The chassis is galvanically protected.
